Goa Spice of life is unique in that it is the only specialist Goanese restaurant in the Brighton area. Alongside the more traditional Indian dishes we also pride ourselves in our Goan cuisine which has a greater use of coconut milk and particular blends of spices. Goan cuisine was influenced by the Portuguese with dishes like Peri-Peri, Caldine, Balchao and of course the famous Goan Vindaloo (Vindal hao) to name but a few.
We are supported by Brighton & Hove ‘Food and Drink Festival’.
The restaurant is newly located in Saltdean just east of Brighton, but has been providing fine dining since 1998 at its previous location in Brighton. The Chef and Host Mr Mohammed Asaduzzaman and chef Atiqur Raman who previously worked at the well renowned Sonargoan Pan Pacific Hotel, will make you very welcome and assist you in your menu choice as will his very helpful and attentive staff. The dining area is styled with a Goan theme which enhances a great atmosphere.
